We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and play Stack City 3D for your own private, non-commercial entertainment.

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, resell, or modify the game, nor to use it in any way that is unlawful or that could damage or impair the app for others.

The game, including its code, art, audio, name, and branding, is owned by its creator and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Playing the game grants you no ownership of it.

Stack City 3D is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creator of Stack City 3D shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the game.
